What owners actually ask before signing.
For a single-branch Starter or Growth institute, we plan for a 2 to 3 week onboarding - most of that is spent structuring your own notes and quizzes so the AI tutor answers in your voice, not ours. Institute plan onboarding takes longer and is scoped up front.
Yes. We accept CSV exports from most common registers and spreadsheets, and provide a mapping template. The Institute plan includes hands-on migration for larger or multi-branch data.
Both are available. Monthly plans start month-to-month with no lock-in beyond the current cycle. Annual plans carry standard rate protection. Institute agreements are custom.
Nothing punitive. You stay on your plan for the rest of the cycle and we discuss the right tier at renewal. If you cross the limit permanently, moving up is a one-click change from your owner console.
Weekly parent updates are included at every tier. Outbound SMS or WhatsApp costs, where applicable, are billed at pass-through and shown on your usage page in advance.
